Are you looking for a comfortable room in a great location? Look no further! Our condo has a 186 square foot room available for rent, with a shared bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The condo is on the third floor and has access to basketball and tennis courts.
The room itself is spacious and well-lit, with plenty of room for a bed,and other furniture. Room can either be furnished or not furnished.The balcony offers a great view of the pool.
As for amenities, the condo has everything you need for comfortable living. The shared bathroom is well-maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit, so you never have to worry about laundry.
The location is also hard to beat. We're just a short drive from downtown, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. And with the tennis and basketball courts, you'll never run out of things to do.
Rent for the room is $900per month, with a $900 security deposit. Utilities are not included in the rent. We're looking for a responsible, clean, and friendly roommate who can move in starting on June 1st.
