I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA - and moved to NYC for a work promotion in June of 2017. I have lived in Brooklyn for the last 1.5-2 years or so. Current roommate and I decided not renew our existing place - so I am looking to find somewhere new with a new roommate.
I work in sales for FedEx, and my sales territory is the Flatiron area. I am open to anywhere in New York, as long as it is a fairly easy commute to the Flatiron area. My budget is right around $2,000/month to contribute to a 2BR.
I'm a big sports fan (all the Pittsburgh teams), and I love to travel when I can. Big fan of live music, trying new things, going out with friends, and just staying in and watching Netflix. Easy-going and laid back 28 year old. No pets, but open to any pets you might have.

Amazing 2BR/1BA with HUGE terrace

I am hoping to renew my lease at a fantastic 2 bedroom/1 bathroom in Clinton Hill for June 1. My current roommate is moving out at the end of May, so I’m looking for someone to take his place!
About me : I am a 28 year old male working in sales in Manhattan. I’m really laid back, love sports, going out with friends, and hanging at home watching Netflix. Looking for someone similar to hang with in the shared areas, but also respects privacy.
About the place: Great modern kitchen and living room. I already have a TV, couch, coffee table, etc. The private outside terrace is HUGE. Beautiful bathroom, and nice size bedrooms. Can easily fit Queen bed, and possibly even a king. Laundry in building, and common rooftop deck. Elevator building (2nd floor) with fob entry. Have yet to find a better place than with a better outdoor area than this! Rent is $1816 each
