Hi, I'm 33 and I love traveling, reading, and home decor just to name a few things. I work full-time and twice a week I work at home. I'm typically not doing much except reading or catching up on a show during the week, but on the weekends I like to go out with friends. During the week I'm typically in bed by 10pm and on weekends it varies. There is a nice outdoor space at the back of my house that I like to use when I'm at home and you're more than welcome to hang there as well. I am not loud at all and I like to keep a clean home. I am the owner of a 6 year old French Bulldog who loves naps and cuddles. I hope to find a roommate that is respectful of the space and quiet time.

Bungalow w/2 bedrooms available for rent
One bedroom is furnished w/ a full-sized low profile bed and has a full walk-in closet. The other bedroom is furnished w/ a queen-sized bed and a regular closet(still a good amount of space). While the bedrooms are private, the bathroom will be shared with future roommate. The common spaces on the main level of the house(Kitchen, Living room, dining room) and the laundry room are all shared. The outdoor space is open for use as well. There is a parking available for an extra $25 a month or there's free parking on the street.
The rent of $650/month includes internet, utilities, a furnished living space, and a bi-weekly professional cleaning service. I do have a 6 year old French Bulldog, but she will not be in your way and does not need to be cared for by anyone other than me.
My home is located in the beautiful Avalon Park neighborhood. It's very quiet and across the street from the park and park district. My house is close to a cafe/event space/ food incubator called The Woodlawn (about 4 or 5 blocks). There is also a Metra train stop(83rd street stop) about two blocks away. There's a 22min drive to Downtown Chicago via car. If there are any questions or you want to move forward with a meetup please message me and we can go from there.
