Private Bedroom & Bathroom on 1 year lease,
One private bedroom and bathroom, carpeted with a closet (including an additional closet if you decide you need the extra space), washer and dryer included. We would share the kitchen and living room space, along with the balcony and laundry room. These rooms are mostly furnished, (balcony still needs some outdoor furniture) and you are of course welcome to bring any furniture that fits in these areas! I try to clean these areas once a week (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces) to ensure cleanliness and respect to the space.
I would love to find somebody who enjoys hanging out with each other, making food or gaming or watching tv, while also being able to have their alone time. If you think that we'd make a good fit don't be afraid to reach out!!:)
