Hi!:) I just got approved to a new remodel two bedroom two full bathrooms apartment in north Hollywood area next near LAVC. It has a big balcony, big living room, two parking spaces and laundry room inside the building. The rent is $2150 we can divide this between the two of us. I will put 70% of the down payment and you can just put 30% yo will have to be on the lease too so you will have to apply soon if you are interested!:) Also if you want went can rent half of the living room to another person for $550 a month later, that way our rent will be less for the both of us.
