Big Studio
Basic. This is the big studio. It's furnished for 6 months. It's clean. It works best for busy people, however all inquiries will be considered. Signing and applying to the lease is required. Once you see the place, all you need is the unit number to place an online application. It's very easy to pass the background check, within reason, or only takes up to 24 hours. Rent is 600-800 depending on budget. When added to the lease it's $100 each amenities: roommate, animal, and car. There is $50 due on the lease for water for each roommate. Your 600-800 includes part of these costs, meaning $600 is a fair price. Although you may like the space, I can provide one extra room divider (to help organize things) and I would like to get rid of some furniture. There is also a laundry room/ closet. The place has a lot of storage and has to be kept clean. Animal friendly place (no pitbulls).
