Lovely quiet upscale neighborhood, has driveway and street parking, pool. spa. Main house areas are furnished and are shared by all tenants (kitchen, living room, yard, pool area, and garage). Sofas, Chairs, dining table, large screen TV, Washer and dryer in the garage. The long term tenants love the house. Service fee $99 includes Internet and monthly cleaning service. Utility costs are even split between tenants. Landlord pays Landscape and pool services.
