I am a professional woman. It is a great quiet neighborhood with one newly remodeled bright bedroom for rent, including an extra large closet, kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, laundry, Full house privileges, plenty of on street parking and semi-private gorgeous bath, with an extra large separate jetted shower with a granite bench, a large heated jetted whirlpool tub, and a large sunny backyard including a porch swing with a picnic table and umbrella and gas barbacue grill, that is great to lounge or read and relax in, as well as barbecue. It is available immediately for $1300/mo includes utilities, in the Cambrian/Willow Glen area. You must be comfortable around dogs (I have a friendly medium sized, silly, fun dog) The house is close to the train station, within walking distance to parks, great shops, restaurants, Starbucks and banks, and grocery store.
