We moved here mid November last year with our doggos to give them a better life and a nice big yard to run and play in.
I’m an aesthetician at a med spa and my boyfriend, Colin is an arborist. We both work full time and when we aren’t working we are either outside by a river, going on an adventure or out of town (summer time mostly). On weekends we are both exhausted we’ll spend the nights cooking, throwing a movie on and having a couple drinks at home. We’re overall quiet people and not often do we have people over but we aren’t opposed to get togethers as long as it’s not too loud or wild. We’re both social but also need lots of alone time haha

Broomfield Rooms for Rent 4bd, big backyard ASAP
My boyfriend and I moved in with our two dogs (black lab who is neutered and German shepherd who is not spayed) in November from Vegas and 5 rooms is way too much for us .
Our lease is up November so it would just be short term.
**We would like someone to move in June 16th if possible. (Which would be prorated at $450 for the last two weeks). We are looking for someone who can commit to all of July-September and possibly October!
It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and there’s plenty of shopping centers all within 10 minutes away. Our house is 4 bedrooms (technically 5 if you count our basement where we sleep in) and we have a huge backyard with grass, a big tree, hammock, fire pit and tiny simple patio set. We also have a shed which we just use for storage along with our garage.
We are pretty quiet people, and rarely have anyone over but when we do it’s just throwing the ufc fight on and having a few drinks just hanging out. Never any loud parties or anything. We both work mornings til about 4 or 7 pm. Our weekends are spent outside mostly or recuperating from the week watching Netflix. If you need a room for a few months and don’t mind dogs please reach out. We have an extra standard size bed if needed and a dining room table. Will update with more pics later! We have 3 rooms to choose from.
