The bedroom is one of three bedrooms & is approximately 9.5" x 11.5." The living space is shared among my brother & close friend, both of which are full time employed. The shared space includes one of the bathrooms, the kitchen, living room & outdoor patio area.
The kitchen is very small, so we are looking for a roommate who is a very Light cooker. The shared living area of the apartment is already furnished, and street parking only. However, there are few apartment buildings in our neighborhood, so parking isn't as impacted as other parts of Long Beach.
The room has a large closet & large window that faces the street. The neighborhood is in a calm area of Long Beach, near one of Long Beach's best high schools. Your shared bathroom has some storage space in the cabinets & a tub.
Rent is month-to-month sub-leasing through me at $700 per month, plus utilities (approx $35-50 per month split b/w 3 ppl). A deposit of $700 is required.
