I'm a 22 year old woman, my name is Katherine, but I go by Katie or Rin, and I have another roommate, she is 28 years old and her name is Emily. We have a 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment, and one of the rooms is available to rent, the apartment is fully furnished except for the room for rent. The amount for the room is $500, which is rent, utilities, and other bills associated with the apartment all together. We're a pet friendly apartment, we have cats and a dog. Emily has 2 cats, their names are Fattie and Sparta, and I have a dog named Hemera, but I call her Mira, and a cat named Cleo. Mira doesn't get along with other dogs at first, but if you have a dog we can certainly keep them separated and slowly introduce them to each other.
