Hello! My name is Jordan. I've been living in LA all my life. I have my family and roots here. I have been into filmmaking for a long while now. I currently edit videos freelance, and I have also worked as a the main videographer for the Echoplex, so I've been able to film a lot of live music over the years. For fun, I enjoy playing guitar, cooking, reading, writing scripts or short stories, and I also enjoy working and hiking for exercise. I'm very open minded and can get along with just about anyone as long as they're good people. I'm very family oriented and close with my mom and siblings. I also like to make my apartment feel like a home. Everyone who's come here or lived here enjoyed the environment. I also have lived with women most of my life, so I'm very respectful.
I just really like this apt and want to keep living here with cool people. My roommate unfortunately had a family emergency in the East Coast due to Covid, and decided to go back home to help her family.

Private Master Bedroom w/Private Bathroom & Parking in 3BR Apt
Hello! We are looking for a 3rd roommate in a large apartment located by Hollywood and Western. It's a great location that's walking distance from two grocery stores, a Metro Redline station, and pretty soon a Target. Our roommate of 5 years, Sarah, is unfortunately moving back to the East Coast. We're hoping to find another cool person like her to share our home with.
The apartment has hardwood floors and is already fully furnished w/cable internet. The bills are usually split 3 ways (Electric, Gas, and Internet). We have a full living room setup with a big screen TV and lots of movies. Our kitchen is spacious and clean. We also have a water cooler that's replenished weekly. We like to keep a fairly clean apartment. Even though it's a 3BR, none of the rooms share any walls, so you can enjoy your privacy. It's a big space.
The room for rent is the master bedroom. It has its own private bathroom. It has a lot of closet space as well. It also includes a parking spot in the building as well as laundry on site. The rent is $1059. The apt will be available on August 1, but with the option of moving in a few days earlier.
Who are we? My name is Jordan, and my other roommate is Meghan. We're both in our early 30's and have been living together since 2015. I'm Mexican-American and was born and raised in Los Angeles. Meghan is white and from Alabama. She has lived in LA since 2014. I work in film and live music, and Meghan is a graphic designer. We're both very open minded people, and definitely lean to the Left. Our home is a safe space for everyone.
