I am a somebody needing to take up space in my one bedroom one study one bath. I am 39 years old and pretty much a homebody as I am supposed to be at this point in my life. I am very easy to get along last very down-to-earth and fun to be around. This is more closer to a two-bedroom if you ask me as is extremely spacious plus dining. If you'll notice in the picture your room has access to the patio through a sliding glass door also has shutters that open and close to the living area. There's actually two doors that separate my room from the rest of the house so basically you would have pretty much the front of the house. We would obviously share the kitchen and bathroom and living room as needed a perfect setup for a roommate situation. I may be 39 but I do have two kids and a grandson so I am extremely mature I would require the same and someone who will also clean up behind themselves clean up the house and actually being tidy
