Red Rocks Ampitheatre is 9 minutes away, across the highway is Bear Lake State Park. Also nearby are gyms, resturants, stores, Southwest Plaza shopping mall, I-70, and hiking trails.
The lease will be for 6 months with an option to renew. Rent for the room and shared space is $900 a month and utilities generally run around $100 per tennant. Rent includes Heat, Central A/C, WiFi, Cable, Bedroom, Bathroom, Shared kitchen and Shared living room area.
