Wilshire Apartment close to USC
It's a beautiful two bedroom with an open kitchen towards the living room. There are two rooms, one master bedroom with walking closet and another smaller room with small closet. If you're looking to get the bigger room we can always negotiate the price. We will be sharing a bathroom, Im very clean and organized, I like to keep my space neat. Utilities are not included. The apartment is not furnished but it comes with a washer and dryer, we can go half on furnishing the common areas. I'm in college but I keep my weekdays silent and always calm. We also have a 24-hr gym, swimming pool, recreation lounge room with everyday free coffee, and a rooftop with a jacuzzi that overviews downtown LA!
