Large Room (15 mins from Manhattan)
Looking for a 3rd roommate to renew our lease starting Aug 1 (flexible for earlier move-in). The room is 160 sq ft with a closet and can come furnished with queen size bed and a/c (see picture). The apartment is a 2 flight walkup with in-unit laundry and dishwasher. Heat and water is included in rent.
We are clean, respectful, COVID conscious, and LGBTQ friendly non-smokers, and expect our 3rd roommate to be the same.
It's located in the center of the city where you can get to almost any where in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn in less tham 30 minutes. It's near the Barclay Center in Brooklyn with access to the D, N, R, Q, B, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, G, and LIRR. There is a Trader Joe's, Shop & Shop, Target, and the Atlantic Mall within 10 min walk. You can also walk to the Brooklyn Bridge Park and Prospect Park in 30 minutes!
