Gated community with 24-hour security. Laundry available in the building and nice courtyard which has a basketball court, playground, and beautiful outdoor picnic area. The apartment is available as early as June 1st and I'm looking for someone to sublet for at least 6 months, but a year is preferred. My roommate is moving and is interested in selling some of her furniture.
