This is on the edge of Arlington near Flags park. I do not smoke but there is a patio if you need to do that. I do not mind if you work 9-5 or if you stay up late or have friends over to visit. What is important is that we get along and it's not rowdy. having that said, if you like beer or wine that is all fine.. We have a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment as well. Price is all bills paid
