Great apartment in Cherry Creek/Glendale!

The apartment is fully furnished except your room. It’s on the second floor and it’s lofted (my bedroom is in the loft, along with the washer and dryer). It’s a great place to stay - there’s a fireplace, lots of board games that I’m willing to share, and comes with everything you need in the kitchen. It’s a great location - 15 minutes from downtown Denver and there’s a Target, Petsmart, Whole Foods, King Soopers, Home Depot, and good food/dispensaries in walking distance. I often cook and share. I have 2 pets - a dog and a cat who are both friendly to other animals and people. I’m friendly, quiet, and I work too much. Message for any details! ***I am willing to pay $200/mo toward your rent if you are willing to walk the dog every once in a while on my long days at work***
