Wanna find a place with some breathing room? A space where you can practice music and/or share creative space? A place where everyone treats it like a home? Somewhere drama gets replaced by communication and listening?

Same here :) Join us in locking down this home.

We have applied to 264 Himrod, but our third roommate wasn't approved. We need one more person to lock in the apartment for Feb 1st move-in. With three roommates the rent will be $1,250. We would look to find a fourth roommate by March to make the rent ~$950 for the rest of the year.

Respectful and able to communicate needs and boundaries. Willing to keep shared spaces clean and join in monthly roomie meetings to talk through any potential tensions/friction.
Looking to move in Feb 1st. Able to show income 30x rent with good credit or guarantor co-sign (Broker/management stipulation, not ours).

My friend/other roomie:
Late 20s (he/him) writer/comedian/jack-of-all-trades who moonlights as a videographer. Is often out during the night-times trying to jumpstart his stand-up career. Loves collaborating on creative work and is always down to make some music, too. Would love to challenge you to a game of FIFA if you have the console, because I don’t. Considering adopting a cat.
