I, owner of townhome, have been in this home for 18 years and represent a stable home for someone who doesn’t want to worry about being a “sublet” on a lease in an apartment. This is an urban area, mixed and experiencing major changes. I own Great Danes. If you are not comfortable with large dogs, this place wouldn't be for you.

All utilities included. Internet is included. Internet is a direct plug in connection. WiFi is available in the house as well. No cable TV. Streaming only.

You will be living with only 1 other person and that is the homeowner. AC is kept at an average of 73, and sometimes colder. New central AC recently installed.

Minutes from Las Olas Shopping district, Entertainment District and from the Beach and Minutes to Wilton Manors! Circuit Service provides Free Rides from home to Las Olas and surrounding area.

Street parking only, but usually there is space in front of my townhome.

You must be ok with large dogs as I own Great Danes.
There is some barking due to outside noises, this is an urban environment. So if big dogs make you uncomfortable, this is not the place for you.

I am a quiet man who prefers the same. I am basically a night owl, and use headphones when watching TV as to not disturb you.

A guest is ok, but not a party house. Guests must be accepting of the dogs. Limited house privileges. I will endeavor to make your stay comfortable.

Please be employed full time and at the same type of work for at least 6 months.

Rent of $1250 is due promptly on the first and is considered late after the 3rd of the month. Payment Via Cash App or Cash. NO Checks accepted.

Move in total is $2250. Security Deposit holds place, AVAILABLE NOW (move in date)when your rent is due. Minimum stay expected is 3 months, after that month to month.
Security Deposit is $1000.

No motorcycles-prohibited by HOA.
