Hiya , Tai & Bob @ 11 Summit here .we have a two story house , circa 1800s , in the historical village of Philmont NY. that’s in the mid hudson valley. There are two rooms available with, fresh paint , hardwood floors, that are semi furnished , but if needed can be complete with bed linens and pillows, books to read and toiletries and towels.
You would have a private bathroom, use of the Washer and dryer on premises. The second floor lounge has a fridge and snack bar for you to utilize . across the hall there is a small gym or meditation space .
We are 10 minutes from the Taconic parkway, which is the main through fair and runs right through the hudson valley to New York City.
the house is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Summit Lake the areas reservoir is less than 2 minutes away .
The closest Public Transportation is the Hudson NY Amtrak station and Chatham NY train station , both are about 15 minutes away, in different directions .
It’s a creative artistic space - we are always painting or building something . There is lots of room (common areas) to hang out or work from home.
