Hiya , Tai and Bobby here ( bobby is my husband ) have a two story house , circa 1800s , in the historical village of Philmont NY.
we have 2 rooms available that are fully furnished ( linens and pillows , towels , bedding included) with wood floors , fresh paint and lots of light . there is a semi Private bathroom, Washer and dryer on premises. We are 8 minutes from the Taconic parkway, which is the main through fair and runs right through the hudson valley to New York City.
Summit House is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The lake and reservoir are less than 2 minutes away . The closest Public Transportation is the Hudson NY Amtrak station and Chatham NY train station , both are about 15 minutes away. Bobby is a native of Columbia County and I moved upstate in 2016 from the city. Bobby knows
everyone! , I tend to keep to myself - gardening and taking care of the home & animals. It’s a creative artistic space - we are always painting or building something . There is lots of room (common areas) to hang out or work from home.
