Central location, about 20 minutes to Times Square, several subway stations minutes away. Laundry, theaters, great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and stores right around the corner.

The room has a queen size bed, AC, a desk, a mini fridge, and some other small pieces of furniture. The large built in closet has two rows of hanging space and several shelves. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances. The spacious living room includes a large dining table, which we mostly use for Friday night dinners.

I’m looking for someone respectful of others, clean, no drama, but sense of humor appreciated.
