Looking for a responsible roommate or possibly a couple to share my house. Rent must be paid at the first of the month.
The house is in East Dallas in a gated community. The upstairs is unfurnished, so you will need to bring some items for you room. $1000 plus a split of the electric bill, water and internet are included in rent. You would have your own bedroom, walk in closet, private bathroom, office and a shared game room with pool table; however, I do not go upstairs often. You would have access to the kitchen downstairs and the washing machine and dryer.
Im a 39 year old male professional, laid back and chill, I listen to music, play video games, watch sports and movies when not working. I stay to myself for the most part but still friendly enough. Just looking for a responsible person(s) to split the bills with for a short period of time.
A criminal check is mandatory. No hard drugs but I am ok with alcohol (as long as no problems). Smoking is ok outside. No pets, some dogs negotiable.
