I am a recent graduate moving to NY for the foreseeable future for a job I got in the city. I am pretty much completely new to NYC and have been maybe 4 times in my entire life so I would love to live with someone who is somewhat social so that I can get out of the apartment more often and learn about the city. I love cooking, my skills are not that refined but it is definitely something I enjoy doing so I think it would be really fun if my roommate was also a fan of cooking. I have some friends in the city that might be stopping by occasionally during the week or weekends, but since I am new to the city I don't think I will be having many guests. I don't mind other people in our apartment regardless of the day of the week, as long as they are not super loud at night when I might be trying to sleep.
With respect to my apartment preferences, ideally, I would like to live in East Village, Kips Bay, or Murray Hill. My office is at 39th and 7th and as someone new to the city a shorter and less complex commute would be ideal.
If you think we might be a good match or want to learn more about me, feel free to text me at 773-569-0623!
My maximum monthly budget | 1,800 |
Move in Date | Aug 2021 |
Lease Duration | 6 Months |
Age | 22 |
Occupation | Research Associate |
Hometown | Chicago, Il, Usa |
Education | College Graduate |
We think Eli would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
