Thank you for rental inquiry about the Master Bedroom. The bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower. The neighborhood is safe. The house is fully furnished with modern clean furniture. The bedroom is not furnished. Off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis. Your bedroom door has a lock on it. You can lock from the inside and out. My wife and I live 30 mins away in Weatherford and am always by my phone for my roomies. The lease is 12 months and if you sign before Sept 15th you get $250 off your first month’s rent. The rent is $900 a month plus a refundable sec deposit of $500 and you split the utilities 4 ways. It’s a 4 bedroom house. NO PETS OF ANY KIND.
