Inspiration is the company that owns all of the units here. Comes with 24/7 access to pool, hot tub, and gym. Has a little dog park and common area with pool table computers etc. i am looking to give half of the lease that is up in February to anyone interested. Soonest possible move in would be September 1st but since i will be here until i can find someone if you wanted a later move in date that can be arranged only thing whoever wants to move in the closest to September 1st the place will go to. Sadly have to go back home due to family issues. You would have one roomate but due to him being in flight school you won’t see him very often. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Laundry about 10 feet from your bedroom door on the same level. Has two AC units one for each living area. The garage is two deep not too wide. Beautiful location and probably the safest neighborhood in Scottsdale. Your bedroom is 10x10x13.1 feet. I can send pictures of the unit or you can stop by to see it for yourself. I will be moving all of my stuff out as soon as i find someone to take over my part and sadly don’t have pictures of the place before i moved in didn’t think i would be in this position. Also the location score i don’t agree with at all, there is a gas station 24/7 not 50 feet from the front door, a target, Tj max, Ross, ono, Taco Bell, cafe rio, wellsfargo, and many more shops on the back of that same parking lot. And about a quarter mile just on the other side of the freeway you have a giant shopping center with everything from Walmart to best buy to Michael’s. Your not even 2 minutes from the frank lloyd Wright entrance to the 101.
