Really quiet place in Hollywood Hills, close to Franklin Village. We're two roommates, you would be the third. I'm an filmmaker and the other roommate is a musician.

We are extremely clean and would prefer someone that also fits that description. Picking up after yourself is a must, how you see the place in the photos is how we like to keep it looking. Would love someone independent who genuinely just wants a nice place to live in. Would love to connect to see if we would all vibe together. The place is huge and you would have your own bathroom!
