About Me

Hi,

I am a 27 year old architect relocating from Boston to NY as I wanted to experience living in NY and be closer to my friends. I am working in building consulting field and my office is located in Manhattan and the current arrangement is 3 days office/2 days wfh, some weeks I may be out for more than 3 days. I am fully vaccinated and our company follows the CDC and OSHA guidelines very carefully.

I’ve been living on my own since I graduated from college as I’ve been very particular with my living environment so I can assure you I am very respectful of the common areas, including the two beautiful gardens you have (My North End apt only allows me to fit two pots on the fire escape so I’ve been quite limited with the gardening opportunities but would love to help out). On my free time I enjoy cooking and occasionally go to see music events. I am down to occasionally hang out in the apartment if that’s your preference but also totally respectful of your personal space.

If you are wondering why I suddenly decided to live with roommates, I figured it’s a better option to live with likeminded people and share the space while I am getting to know the city and different neighborhoods of New York and Brooklyn.

In terms of documents as proof of financial reliability, I can provide W2 from 2020, two pay stubs, credit score, and bank/brokerage account statements. Please let me know which ones are preferred.

I am also available for a zoom or a duo (I have an android) call to meet.

My maximum monthly budget 1,800
Move in Date Aug 2021
Lease Duration 6 Months
Age 27
Occupation Architect
Pets No Pets
Hometown İstanbul, Turkey
Education Undergrad
Relationship Status Single

We think Ali would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
