So sad to leave this amazing apt! PERFECTLY situated between Skillman Ave (offering local shops, restaurants, and businesses) and Queens Boulevard where the #7 train will whisk you into Manhattan in about 10 minutes. This NEW apartment offers the best of "pre-war charm" such as high ceilings, over-sized windows, and moldings yet it features all NEW everything: Wood floors, electrical, wiring for internet, windows, stainless kitchen, and bathroom are all new and top of the line.
The main living area is large enough to divide into a sleeping and living area with a curtain or divider. The main room is estimated at 11.5 x 22 with two large windows and a quiet view. It faces AWAY from the street, so it's a very quiet apartment.
The apartment features an oversized separate new EAT-IN kitchen that is truly unique for a studio apt. It is great if you like to cook. There is a plenty of storage space in the dark-wood espresso finished cabinets with chrome fixtures.
