Looking for a clean, male, young professional roommate for a 12 month lease beginning April 1, 2024 in luxury high rise building in Hudson Yards. 2 blocks from 7 train, 3 blocks from Hudson Yards mall and Highline, 7 min walk to Penn Station, Citibike dock downstairs.
Current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, hence the vacancy.
Room is for the original (non flex wall) room in large one bedroom flex on the 33rd floor. Large living room (includes sofa and dining room table). Southeast facing room with iconic views of Empire State Building and direct sunlight. Full kitchen and closet. See attached photos and floorplan. Current roommate is native Manhattanite, late 20s financial professional who is 2 days/week WFH.
No pets and no couples please!
Price: $2250/month (new tenant’s share, rent stabilized), plus ~$100 (new tenant’s share) per month for Wifi and utilities
Building has gym, laundry, 2 furnished roofdecks, 2 large lounges, and highly attentive door staff.

Tenant’s name must be on the lease (no sublets), along with current tenant (myself), and submit an application to be approved by the building’s owner (TF Cornerstone).
Approval of new tenant by building owner must be received before April 1st. Tenant must meet at least 50% of the application requirements set by TF Cornerstone (Tenants are required to have an annual income equal to 45 times the monthly rent. If the rent is $2,000 a month, an applicant must document no less then $90,000 (45 x $2,000). This is market standard.
