Looking for female roommate to move in mid august

my name is Maya Dudley, I'm 20 years old and looking for a female roommate from the ages 18-26

I moved into my current apartment 7 months ago, and I’m looking to move into a two-bedroom in the same complex with a roommate to keep costs down.

The apartment is right around the riverside, an 8-minute drive from downtown. The deposit is 750, and rent would be no more than 1050, without amenities, on the bright side from my personal experience my amenities have never been over 85. I pay for wi-fi, which is 65 a month for AT&T fiber. We can preferably split both those cost

I currently have furniture for the living room, and dining room as well as two TV’s im open to giving the second one to you (roommate) in case you do not have one. If there’s any other furniture you would like to bring you are welcome. (and if you have a couch or want to go half on a new couch that would be great, I have one but it’s somewhat uncomfortable)

you are allowed to bring a pet as long as you are ok with my cat, there is a pet fee but we can talk about it.

I am clean with my common spaces, and especially the bathroom. I am open to splitting chores. I often cook so sometimes if you want to split groceries I’ll make lunch and dinner for the both of us.

I am a night owl and would like someone who is up later and does not to as late lol. I am a student though and will be starting up back in the fall.

other things is that I play video games and would love to have a roommate who does, but I am open to anyone and can always compromise anything to be able to co-exist.
