Hi! I'm a college student who would like to save some money and be a little more independent by living off campus (and save all the moving each year). I'm really interested in Bushwick and Williamsburg, but I'm flexible on neighborhoods.

As a roommate, I will admit that my room is pretty messy, but I am really fastidious about keeping common areas clean (dishes done as soon as I use them) and noise levels respectful/nonexistent. I keep pretty much all socialization out of the house, and I'm at school pretty much all day, every day. I'm totally down to be friendly, and also totally down to just coexist in peace.

Side note: I plan to adopt or foster a cat :)
