Gorgeous house in Cherrywood 3/2, master bedroom with bathroom available
Hi potential housemate! We are two ladies in our 30s-almost 40, looking for a third in that range to live with us February 2024, with a potential late January move in.
Rent: $910, plus utilities range $100-170 per month. Require a months deposit and a lease.
About us: a glass artist, women’s art collective shop owner and a chill surgery scheduler at St. David’s and 2 sassy cats (sorry no other pets allowed). The house is awesome and centrally located in the Cherrywood neighborhood close to Mueller. Giant fenced in back yard with patio and raised beds (we love plants), bike shed and a chill front porch where we watch storms come in and people watch everyone walking through our neighborhood. Super close to an awesome park that has a baseball field, tennis courts, skate park, basketball court and a community garden.
The house has hardwood floors, two fireplaces, a dining nook room, living room, yoga/office room, super lovely kitchen and two bathrooms. You would share a bathroom and we do have a w/d.
Looking for: a cat loving or tolerating woman in the 30-40 age range who is awesome and doesn’t have a lot of stuff, the house is fully furnished and there is limited storage in the garage. Not a party house and we keep it pretty chill, we’re always so busy! Your room is not furnished and has a closet and two big windows which provide a lot of light.
