I am looking for either one roommate that is looking for a room and a home office ($1840), or two separate roommates to live in each room (Larger room is $960, smaller is $880) Open to a couple renting both rooms. I am a responsible roommate, clear communicator, kind, and am looking for similarly-minded people. I am a cellist and practice during the day when I am home (which is a lot now during Covid), but have been told by the previous roommates that it is not acoustically intrusive in this apartment.
