Hi there,

If this apartment caught your attention, GREAT!
We're 2 girls in our 30's living in the top floor of a house in the suburban part of Bushwick.

There are a few subways stations all around but the closest is the M (central av stop), the area has everything one would need, supermarkets, butchery shops, wine shops, florists, dollar shops, delis and lots of restaurants and venues!

About us, we both have different personalities, I'm a driving force, I make plans, I love to have a talk here and there, and I have a dog. My roommates is on the quieter end, but she does enjoy a social space.
We always do our best to find common grounds to be fair to all.

About you, you have a job, you enjoy your life, you are good a communicator and you've already lived with roommates (not your family lol) and indoor dogs (or you're willing to learn).

The apartment is furnished, the bedroom too, but be could remove the furniture is preferred.

Utilities-wise, we pay $20 for internet and between 20-$35 for the electricity.

SPECIAL MENTION: We don't really give in the 420+ but will accept moderate and mindful canditates.

PS: We cannot accept any additional pets.
