Master Bedroom for Rent in Beautiful Greenwich Village Apartment
I'm looking to rent the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Greenwich Village apartment. The room is quite large (12ft x 13ft) and has two south facing windows. It's currently furnished with a king sized bed, dresser, and a nightstand. I'm happy to leave the furniture or have it moved out depending on what you'd prefer. The rest of the apartment is already furnished and well put together. The unit is on the 4th floor and has both north and south facing windows, so there's plenty of natural sunlight.
The building is secured with double doors and the landlord lives on the second floor. There's also laundry in the basement!
The location is absolutely wonderful- only a five minute walk away from Washington Square Park and surrounded by tons of great restaurants! You can walk a few minutes south into SoHo, a few minutes west and hit the West Village, or a few minutes north to get to the heart of Greenwich Village and NYU. We're also only a block away from the A, C, E, D, M, and 1 subway lines.
I have a dog named Butter (Pekingese, 11 years old, 17 pounds) who's incredibly sweet and mild mannered, so I'm asking that people only apply if they're pet friendly.
The rent for the room is $2250 on a one year lease starting on March 1st.
