One private bedroom with queen sized bed and private full bathroom (entry to bathroom is in the hall but you will be the only one using it) in a quiet neighborhood, and access to 1 spot in the garage. Close to groceries, parks, restaurants, breweries, and hospitals. Large living room, tv, and couches. Full size kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer. House is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath that you will be sharing with myself and girlfriend.

Also, you can have the private room/bath unfurnished for $700/month and we have an office with desks/chairs that you can rent out for $100/month.

$50 deposit (refundable if the room/bath are left reasonably clean and undamaged). $45 application fee for Credit, Criminal, & Eviction Report ( through TurboTenant - you complete all the sensitive information).

About Us: My girlfriend and I are both 33 and like the following: Board games, breweries, running, reading, traveling. I work long hours so will not be home much during the week but my live-in girlfriend will be home outside of working hours. We also have two cats so we are open to other cat owners.
