One bedroom open in San Carlos for a year lease! $1590 a month plus utilities which range from $80-150. Lots of street parking and laundry on site (very close to unit). Move in as early as June 10!
My name is Lizzy and I am a social worker for Stanford Children's Hospital! My roommate is sadly moving to return home to east coast so I am looking for someone (female) to take her room in this apartment in downtown San Carlos.
About the place:

- in between the 101 and 280
- one full and one half bathroom and the half bath is off of the occupied bedroom
- can purchase bed frame, mattress, dresser and night stand if interested
I love living here and I think it’s a great place for Bay Area professionals who work in the city or Silicon Valley! I work at my office every day so you would have the house to yourself during the day. I love to cook, run, make cocktails, have people over for game nights, and chat after a long day!
