Garage space for storage if needed, but no room for additional car. Main level has full kitchen and living room. Complex has pool, hot tub, and gym. Close to quiet parks and trails. Just a few blocks from I25 and 225. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.
I’m a 45 yr old male. My dog Charlie is a 12 yr old quiet and loving Golden Retriever. My 21 yr old daughter stays with me occasionally. Non smoker. Clean. Drink in the evenings. I prefer a person that is quiet and professional. 12 month lease give or take a few months of needed.
