I have 3 cats. Looking for a reliable professional female to rent a small room of my penthouse condo near the bluffs. She must not he allergic to cats and have no animals of her own. The condo has an indoor pool, gym, media and party room access and usage. I am a non-smoker and prefer my prospective roomie to be a non smoker as well.
I love to cook though I'm not at home often. I work full time and currently looking to complete my masters. So I appreciate someone who can appreciate my privacy.

You will have full use of kitchen and sun room. There is a second bath which can be exclusively yours to use with a luxury shower massager. The condo amenities also include 24 hour pool, work-out room, media and party room. Concierge and your own parking is also available. You are responsible for buying your own groceries and cooking and cleaning up after and for yourself. Wifi included. Available November 1st
