My work relocated me to Austin five years ago. I bought this 3bd/2ba house where I currently live alone. I think it would be ideal to have a mellow, like minded person share this roof with.
I'm a comedian and story-teller who keeps a 9-5 for the steady checks and benefits. I'm also a top notch cook and an avid traveler.
The room is a converted garage so it's on the other side of the house from my room so it's plenty quiet and a nice size.

I have one furnished room that is 12' x 10' and an unfurnished room that is 18' x 12' ish and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen is open and cozy. I also have a large back yard. Ideally I'm looking to just rent one of those rooms and keep a guest bedroom as needed.
