You would be taking over my lease and moving in with my awesome roomie! I am buying a townhouse in the area so the move in date is also flexible. My roomie, Kelsey is awesome. Our building is awesome; all the amenities you could ask for from great common areas with pool, shuffle board, tv’s, grills, heated pool, hot tub, huge gym, it’s great! Our place is cutely furnished and about 1,100 sq ft where you would have the master with a walk in closet, dual sink private bathroom and good size bedroom!
