The apartment is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom duplex penthouse unit with two private terraces, floor to ceiling south-facing windows, washer dryer in unit, and brand new appliances.

The room itself is comfortably sized and can fit a king sized bed. It includes a large closet and huge windows that span nearly an entire wall. The room has its own heater/AC/fan unit built into the wall so you have full control of the temperature. The room shares a bathroom, right off the room, with one other tenant.

I've lived in this apartment for about 3 years. We were the first tenants so everything is new and in good shape.

We like to keep things light and fun but are also working professionals. I have been working from home in light of the pandemic. The space is comfortable to work from home if you are also remote for the time being. We keep the apartment tidy but are very chill people. The neighborhood is just a few minutes walk to the top of Central Park and there are grocery stores a block away. The location is well connected, being one block from the 6 train and 7 minute walk to the 2/3 trains.

We are two roommates looking for a third. One roommate is a gay male in my mid-20s who works for an Education Technology company. Typically, I work in midtown but with everything going on, I've been working from home for the time being. I love music and movies and making the space a fun and light place to be. I studied English at Fordham University. The bathroom for the open room is shared with me but I keep it clean and organized.

The other roommate is a female psychiatric nurse practitioner also in her mid-20s. We like to enjoy the space, particularly the outdoor space in the summer but we always keep things respectful. We are 420 friendly and drink socially. Chill people seeking a chill person.
