THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE NORTHSIDE OF HOUSTON. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY.
Newly renovated 2-story house on a corner lot with an over-sized backyard and 2 car garage. My parents are the landlords and they have recently replaced the floors, interior paint, toilets carpet, bedroom doors, kitchen countertops, backsplash and appliances. The house is a 4 bedroom, two and 1/2 bath, and (game room/4th room). You will have to share the bathroom with another person. The house is somewhat furnished already (there is a couch and tv in the living room), you will need to provide furniture for your room if you decide to move in.

Utilities (water, gas, lights, and cable/internet) will be split three ways on the first of each month. Also a washer and dryer is also included
HOA fees ($600.00 due annually on Jan 15 of each year, this will also be split 3 ways).

Rent is 600 for the bigger room (security deposit 300).

50 dollar application fee non refundable

All occupants must be clean and respectful. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Also no pets, I’m allergic to cats.

As for the bills, like I mentioned they will be split three ways. The light bill ranges from 20 to 50 dollars a month, the tv is 60 a month, water is about 20 to 40 dollars a month, and the gas ranges from 20 to 40 dollars a month.
