Room for rent in Temecula, California

I have a 4200 square foot home in Crowne Hill in Temecula and I have an upstairs room with a shared bath available for $1100 a month. No deposit or last month’s rent required.

I have two very friendly dogs and one really mean neighbor. We just lavish attention on our dogs and ignore the bitch next door.

We are semi-retired attorneys. We work mostly out of our home, but we have an office as well.

I rent rooms to other people and we have nice tenants. It’s not unusual to find a game of trivial pursuit going on or games on Nintendo switch going on downstairs. We celebrate all the holidays, have occasional parties and I have a monthly poker game. Everyone who lives here is always invited to join in, but you can retreat to the privacy of your own room if you prefer.

I don’t have a lot of rules and most of them are obvious. Don’t be a slob, don’t burn down the house, don’t do anything illegal here, and pay your rent on time. If you smoke, there’s a covered patio area outside with an astray. We have a firepit out there, too. You can have occasional guests (I’m pretty lenient about that. Just let me know.)

It’s a great place to live.
