Hi, I'm Megan! I have an amazing apartment in RiNo, but unfortunately my roommate is moving out early and I'm looking for a new roommate to take over his lease. I've lived here for over a year now (moved from Indianapolis last year) and have had a great experience with the management, maintenance, and location! I have an incredibly sweet, calm, and gentle dog- friendly with other animals as well (although unfortunately I'm allergic to cats). I'm also a great cook if you like food! We can be friends or just split the rent, as long as we're respectful of each other I'm happy to compromise with whatever your vibe is :)

I’ve lived with Megan for over a year after moving to Denver and not knowing anyone, and honestly have had the best time. She was super fun to spend time with and we made the best memories together. She’s cleaner than many of my previous roommates and very easy to get along with. Megan is outgoing and social and just a blast to spend time with. We would always cook dinners together, watch shows, and go explore the Denver nightlife within our home neighborhood of RiNo. I’m sad that I have to leave but Megan has my glowing recommendation as a fantastic roommate and friend.

I've lived in this unit for over a year and I love the complex! We have a pool, hot tub, parking options, in-unit laundry, free wifi, gym, free pool table and foosball, and a balcony! We each get our own bathrooms and walk-in closets, and it's a super close walk or scooter ride to just about anything in the RiNo/LoDo area. In my opinion, for the quality and location the price was unbeatable. The unit 3rd floor and on the corner (with an empty hallway and water heater to right and left of us) so we have very little issues with neighbor noise. Maintenance has been great as well! Another upside, since you would be taking over my roomie's lease you don't even have to commit to a full year- this lease goes through late April unless we want to renew like I did last spring :)
