This is a master bedroom in a 3 bedrooms apartment in a great area in Los angeles, I list it as a landlord but I do not live there. There are 2 respectful gentlemen in their 30s each has their own room, so we are looking for the third respectful roommate since we try to keep the place peaceful for all roommates. the apartment is fully furnished, there is a fast wifi, TV, Central air conditioner, private parking, Washer dryer in the unit, all included the rent.
Since the other 2 roommates are males ,we prefer a male roommate to keep it easier for everyone.(so please no female )
