We would be sharing the kitchen, fully furnished living room and bathroom. But would have your own room and closet. Also, we have our private driveway so no street parking and washer & dryer in unit (are rented and about $57-70 a month and this would be split evenly every month) Important information from my landlord: Rent for the entire unit is $2,475 (split evenly between the two of us: $1237.50)
The landlord will send us the utilities every month like and we can split this evenly. This includes internet, which comes to around $56 a month.
Small dogs are OK if approved by my landlord’s insurance, but will be subject to an additional $50 a month.
You will need to be screened by my landlord.
There will be an application fee which is around $50-$70. If you qualify and are approved my landlord will refund the application fee. Below is what my landlord generally looks for as a household: Gross income combined 3x rent.
