The layout is 1 bedroom with a den, but there are no doors. So it looks like a partitioned studio - which NYC regulation calls a "junior suite". The den is right now functioning as walk-in-closet / all things storage. plenty of room for you to store things with me. You will share the living room with me - but will have a temporary wall / bookshelves to divide it up so we both can have little niche space for bed and privacy. I have a queen size bed and a double bed size sofa bed. A desk, a table, and two bookcases. Full kitchen (but no dishwasher). It is a really nice place with plenty of windows to get enough daylight. I think the location and the size of this unit really is worth a lot than what I and/or you would pay. Add about $35~40/month to pay just electricity and wifi router to upgrade for 2 people. Otherwise, we get slow wifi due to multiple machines connected to the current wifi capacity.
LEXINGTON AVE and 99th Street!!! Perfect location.
I travel often and don't usually stay home either. I expect a similar lifestyle - someone who isn't working from home or stuck on their bed all day.
YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO SUBLEASE THIS ENTIRE PLACE IF YOU WANT. That is min 3mo and then month-to-month renewal. $1800 is the rent for the entire place - if you don't to share the living room... But this website is for roommate right? not a private bedroom situation.
Only one-month rent deposit before move-in. No broker fee. Live-in-super is responsive and responsible.
